Kurz vor Weihnachten 2010 kündigt das Unternehmen die erfolgreiche Zertifizierung nach EN 54-16 seiner netzwerkbasierten Sprachalarmierungsanlage SX-2000 an. Damit ist TOA der erste und bislang einzige Hersteller mit zwei EN 54 zertifizierten Systemen.
